Our Services

Employment Tribunal Claims

We represent couriers, taxi and private hire drivers in undergoing the Early Conciliation process with the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS) in the recovery of compensation for unpaid national minimum wage and holiday pay. We lodge employment tribunal claims on behalf of couriers, taxi and private hire drivers in the recovery of compensation for unpaid national minimum wage and holiday pay, and provide written representation in settlement negotiations. We currently provide no advocacy at employment tribunal hearings nor any representation at any subsequent appeal against employment tribunal judgments.

About us

Shareb Affiliates, pronounced "Shaar-reb", is an organisation focussed on assisting couriers, taxi and private hire drivers in enforcing their employment rights, particularly where they are misclassified as self-employed contractors. Our objective is to remedy injustice and mistreatment suffered by couriers and private hire drivers. We enable access to justice for drivers deprived of the same due to low earnings and capital. We are not a solicitors firm and do not purport to be authorised as such. We perform no reserved legal activities within the meaning of the Legal Services Act 2007.
